Elton All Saints Cricket Club Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
I hereby give notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) which will take place on Wednesday 14th December 2022 at 6pm at the Club. The purpose of the EGM is to make a decision on the following proposal:
● To defer the presentation of the Club’s annual Statement of Accounts until 1st June 2023, or earlier.
Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting
I hereby give notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will take place on Wednesday 14th December 2022 at the Club, commencing at 6.10pm.
Elton Cricket Club is raising funds to install a defibrillator on Leigh Lane outside the club, helping to protect not only our players and members but the entire local community.
This vital piece of equipment could make the difference in a life-threatening emergency. Having a publicly accessible defibrillator in our area will provide reassurance and potentially save lives.
Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated.
We would also be grateful for your help in spreading the word to friends, family, and neighbours.
